Frontline is a busy family-run firm with a portfolio of clients including some of the biggest names in construction and facilities management as well as long-term relationships with local firms. We started a decade ago from humble beginnings and now have offices in Milton Keynes, Cardiff and Regent Street, London hosting an ever-increasing number of consultants and support staff.
Our business focuses on two key areas: construction trades and labour support, and facilities management staffing within managed service contract arrangements. Our consultants have decades of recruitment experience between them, providing last-minute 24/7 temporary support to site and contract managers across the country as well as a dedicated and thorough candidate vetting process for long-term contract and permanent staffing requirements.
Our business takes compliance seriously as we operate within multiple frameworks that require full and regular auditing and our internal processes reflect this by being accredited to ISO 18001, 9001 and 1400 standards. We are also registered with relevant trade bodies such as CITB and REC and hold all the necessary levels of insurance relevant to working within our target industries.
