As a Resourcer you will be working in a fast-paced, lively and fun environment based in Milton Keynes, you will be coordinating with a team of In-House Recruitment Consultants to identify the best candidates to place into various temporary and permanent positions.
The successful Resourcer will be self-motivated and results orientated as you will be communicating with external candidates and internal Consultants, In addition you will need to be professional, RELIABLE and a real team player with a good sense of humour!
– Searching for suitable candidates for live roles (via Intranet/Internet resources and job boards)
– Telephone screening and interviewing candidates
– Arranging and co-ordinating interviews on Clients sites
– Recruiting for temporary and permanent roles
– Looking at a wide range of vacancies
– Possess excellent communication skills.
– Sifting CV’s
